I read a lot of books on religion and how to understand God's words -- the Bible. I found this book to be simple, but encouraging. It was a quick read with each chapter being just long enough to serve as a reading for a devotional time -- when we devote time to spending with God. The book's advice and insight brought me to a better understanding regarding how God answers prayers and we have to be as we wait God to answer prayer. I gave it five stars, because it is a comforting book I felt the last chapter, while a good wrapup for the book, could have had a little more to the ending. But overall, it was a very good read.
The book is a good starting point to the question asked; however, the exploration is only at the preliminary stages. This, though, does make it an easy read. The best parts of the book were the excellent stories that amplified the point of Holy Scripture and the author.
good booklet. short and crisp and to the point. I'm a time of waiting, this gives the shorthand note to wait and be patient. God is working behind the scenes to put us where he needs is to be to glorify him.
This is a good guide to encourage us. When we can't hear God does not necessarily means that He's silent. He uses all circumstances to make and mold us and to build patient endurance.

I enjoyed the book, I ordered the kindle version. It reassures the believer that God is always present even when we think He is not acting on our behalf.Cons: Was very short.
