I really appreciate Darryl Cheng’s logic when it comes to houseplants. It’s guided the way I look at and care for my plants. I work at a flower shop that also sells plants and I share his techniques and thoughts about watering and light and natural leaf loss with customers daily as they purchase plants for their space. I’ve read so many plant books. If you could only have one houseplant book I would confidently say this is the one to pick.
I love this book! Gives great information so you can understand the "why's" of effective plant care.The authors tone really resonates with me, and I am getting a lot out of his well reasoned explanations and how-tos.This will be great for beginners to houseplant life, and more experienced folks will get a lot out of it too.Can't recommend this highly enough!!
This book is not only informative and easy to understand, but it is chalk full of great photos, charts, and illustrations. This isn't a step by step care guide, but instead a book full of information that helps you understand your own plants' needs. Overall, this has to be the best written and most helpful house plant book I've ever come across!
